The top four (with ZTA at top) on your list fit into the first category and I’d say the next four fit into the latter. Kappa and Tri-Delt have been desirable sororities for decades if you’re coming from a wealthy urban area, but ZTA is almost always the sorority the suburb cheerleaders want.
