Just a heads up for anyone believing Tri Delt’s claim that their new house will be ready in a year… that timeline is COMPLETELY unrealistic & they know it. Lying about the timing to save their rush is actually crazy! Nothing in College Station gets built that fast. ADPi worked with the same builder, and their house took 20 months and still wasn’t ready for move in when expected... meaning girls had to stay in hotels for a semester. If you’re considering Tri Delt, just know you might be looking at hotel living instead of a house next fall.
