Absolutely written by a chio mom. Chio knows who they will have on their bid list in June because they call moms to be sure their daughters are interested. Happened to my roomie last year. So, while I understand their desire to make sure they get the type of girls they want, can't they just not cheat and play by the rules and let the process work the way it's supposed to work??
