a few true statements followed by a suggestion: -most houses made quota or quota+ -3 had to snap, AOPi was the only who had to snap for freshman, the rest were just for secondary so whatever who cares. -just because a house made quota or quota+ doesn't mean they are at total which is still good # of houses even ones who say they're top -just because they are not at total doesn't mean they will COB, it's up to individual chapters and how nationals or districts run them. contact CPC and get on the list if you want to be contacted for COB
