I personally think this is somewhat accurate idk if Pi phi can be considered with DG, ZTA, Axo or Dz. I personally think their vibe is more like Chi o, but the rest is pretty spot on. All of them are solid chapters tho. People always get salty about Kappa & Tri Delt but they go for a certain type & for the most part they get who they want. Nobody cuts Tri Delt or Kappa, let’s be honest.
