I think you are right. Many girls in your "group 4" held very strong houses through Sisterhood round. When they were not invited back to those "top" houses, these are the girls that decided being Greek was a priority over exactly which house they got. When other PNMs removed themselves from the process, these girls stayed in, made the best of it and found a place that they could make great friendships, find leadership opportunities and enjoy the social events. Bottom line - all houses have philanthropy events, sisterhood events and mixers/date parties/formals. Find where you fit or fit where you find yourself.
