Soooo, why are certain houses considered “top” and others “mid” and still others “bottom”? This has not been my experience this week. Some of the ones that are “top” don’t seem like it & some that are mid or bottom seem to do a better job than those that “rank” higher. So what is it that makes these ranks what they are, with the same 2 or three always mentioned as “top” & then other chapters being called names.
