I feel everyone is really out of touch with what is actually going on! KKG is overrated. Tri Delt is still top. ZTA, AXO, and DG are all greatly improving and quickly becoming top tier. PiPhi and Chi O are slipping. They're still good, but neither are top tier. Theta has slipped a lot as well. DZ is just DZ. Lower middle tier. Gamma phi is improving to me! But still considered bottom tier. KD has some very sweet girls but they are not very active, too low key ADPi is trying to improve, but still bottom tier
