I would mention it at THAT house - it could end up helping you a little bit (not as much as an actual legacy relationship but more than someone with zero connection). There’s no reason to tell the other houses your sister pledged XYZ this week. If they know you have a twin and they point blank ask what she pledged (which honestly is rude/pushy) you can just say “she got a great bid for her at her school and I’m hoping to find my sorority home here at A&M....,I really like “x” about your house/ philanthropy/ sisterhood etc and CHANGE THE SUBJECT.
