Each of six you mentioned are great chapters and fill a niche and have a certain vibe. Zeta fills a hot niche, Kappa fills a wealthy/fun spot, Chi O fills a social but Christian, Tri Delta fills a wealthy/ classy/ Christian, DG is fun/cute, and Pi phi fills a no drama /smart, nice girls niche. Also, Kappa, Tri Delta, Chi O and Pi Phi tend to go for big city girls while DG and Zeta tend to pull more small town/suburban girls. You might not appreciate those traitors as strengths, but other people do which is why people can’t agree on who is top.
