The “Top” and “Good” ones that you listed actually do compete for the same rushees (ex: a guy who’s rushing SAE and Sigchi, and both frats want to bid him) Every frat “competes” for rushees but not every frat competes for the same guys (ex: a guy who got quickly cut by like a “Top” or “Good” frat, ends up taking an “Okay Frat” bid)
