Look people care about houses. If this was a campus with no houses... then nobody would care. Here it matters for the competing fall recruitment chapters. AOPi is in a spot. They need a house soonish. I hope they get one or they will always be the unhoused chapter and that was not their intent when they decided to colonize here. I have not personally heard them bad mouth other houses (except on this site). I hope their leadership has clear plans of how they will get a house.
