Where did you see this on the TAMU Greek life website? At “studentactivities.tamu.edu /about-us/office-of-fraternity-and-sorority-life/” under the chapter with sanctions part, the only ones with alcohol related sanctions are Phi Delta Theta and Kappa Sigma, both on “Secondary Sanction – Restricted alcohol through December 31, 2018” Says nothing about FIJI...
