They want the best girls going through recruitment and well-rounded girls with good grades, achievements, respected, fun-outgoing personalities, and appearance. There are many high schools in Texas where a lot of girls go through recruitment every year, and if you have friends in the chapter and are an outstanding girl - you will get recruited. And the cycle continues on each year.
