Nationally, some people refer to Pi Phi, Kappa, and Theta as the "holy trinity" because they tend to have the most strong chapters at prestigious Greek Life schools. At UT and SMU, they are and have been the "big/top 3" for decades and decades. At A&M, they're all really different and not all considered top tier. But that doesn't stop girls from certain high schools like Highland Park for passing over higher tier A&M chapters for a Theta bid just to be a Theta.
