I honestly don't see much of a difference/need for so many tiers. Each house has their own personality and you will find your fit during recruitment. Remember that the sororities do most of the "choosing" because they know what their chapter needs in terms of new members. As a pnm you should simply focus on putting your best self forward and going with the flow. That said, the best at recruiting chapters are probably: ZTA, KKG, DDD, PI PHI, DG, and CHI O The chapters that aren't as strong at recruiting are the remaining. remember - you spend VERY little time at the houses throughout the week. Trust the system that you will end up where you are supposed to be. Make it the best experience you can!
