They just aren't good. Theres a lot of frats that are just better than them in terms of reputation, parties, quality and kinds of guys, and involvement. Tend to take guys that either 1) don't know any better about fraternities here or 2) got cut already by any good top or mid tier by the first few days of rush week. Have a new lodge though so that makes them somewhat better than they were ? Lol
