Tbh Sig Ep was more like a mix between KA and SAE. Top notch guys like KA, but a big house and parties like SAE. They were pretty "southern" like KA but not quite so country, and they were very "frat" like SAE but nowhere near as sketchy or try hard. I would say those two chapters will benefit the most from Sig Ep ending. The only reason I feel like people associate similarities between Delt and Sig Ep is because they tended to hang out with a lot of the same sororities. But just cause you hang with the same girls doesn't mean you have the same type of guys
