Unless XO has a mass exodus of members this semester, they won't be eligible for COB. And if they were, unless your tribe of besties all pledged XO and are dying for you to join them.....you won't be on their list. This is true for pretty much every top 5-6 chapter. They're typically over chapter total and when they fall under by 1-2 girls, the bids are directly extended to bff's. Not randoms.
