Sometimes, it depends on which frat, but usually yes. Only reason I'd assume they wouldn't is if some people went too hard and needed to ge driven home with pledge rides at any given time, or if the pledges neeed to stay and clean up the tailgate then they're allowed to go. If you have a ticket/sports pass you should be fine, and I don't know if any frat that "takes" the sports pass from you to use it
