The advice above was good. I would also tell your sister to mention to her friends in other chapters that you don't plan on rushing her sorority. My younger sister is rushing but doesn't think she wants to be in my chapter so I've made a point to tell my friends in other houses that. I would say your sister telling people that could make a HUGE difference in what houses cut you first round.
