Sigma chi and pi phi: chapters that really just do their own thing. Have decent people but pretty far down on the pedastool. Both have all the groundwork to really start improving but just haven't for some reason. Kinda just there. Don't think they'll be able to ever be a top house simply because they've been so stagnant for so long. Pike&theta: good houses that are not at all interested in moving up. Don't care to be considered top and don't really care to put themselves out there. Are happy just hanging with other chapter members. these houses have a good chance of impoving over the coming years And becoming top/upper mid tier."
