Sigma chi and pi phi: chapters that really just do their own thing. Have decent people but pretty far down on the pedastool. Both have all the groundwork to really start improving but just haven't for some reason. Kinda just there. Pike&theta: good houses that are not at all interested in moving up. Don't care to be considered top and don't really care to put themselves out there. Are happy just hanging with other chapter members. Anything below this point is completely irrelevant for Botha fraternities and sororities.
