Top: Tridelt/zeta - these are top for very different reasons. Tridelt has much more involved girls. Zeta will typically take the prettiest girls. Many people will say tridelt is objectively better but I think it just depends on who you are and what you're looking for in a house which on you will think is better. Good girls will probably say Tridelt. Party girls will say zeta. Kappa- will be ranking with Tridelt and zeta if they can ever stop embarrassing themselves. Do undeniably well during recruitment and that's what keeps them top tier. Middle: Chio/dg Pi phi Theta/axo- equally good but for TOTALLY different reasons.
