where are you getting your info?? Every sorority is regional and has its strong areas of the country and weak areas. Theta is not bottom at most schools in the south...some, yes but not most. ADPi and KD are top at most southern schools but not in Texas and ADPi is top at the "smaller" state schools...but i wouldn't say either are "struggling".Tridelt, PiPhi, and Kappa are NOT strong in most places...just regionally. XO is not weak at Tech.
