You are insane or a DG or Zeta or both lol... No way is DG in top tier over PiPhi and everyone knows that Zeta will always be a solid middle tier house. The rest of your list I agree with totally. There is not much difference in the middle tier houses and I give them equal billing. Top in order Tri Delt/ Kappa any order though PiPhi DG Middle any order they are all equal to me Zeta/ AXO/DZ/XO Bottom GPHI/ Theta they compete with each other for girls KD/ ADPI also compete for girls.
