They're good! They don't have a house, but that seems to be their biggest hang up. It's too early to see what "type" of girls they are, but for a colony, they took girls with good grades and heavy on-campus involvement. I would expect their chapter grades to be in the mid-range but I'm not sure. I guess another "downside" would be that they don't have strong fraternity relations, but that will change once they do more date parties. Frat parties here aren't super exclusive anyways, so if individual girls want to be more social, there shouldn't be anything to prevent that.
