Not going to lie, rushing as a junior is HARD. You'll need to be open to every house on campus and also be prepared for massive cuts. It can be emotional but it's not personal- you're a junior. Use the rest of this year to start preparing: 1. Line up recs for EVERY SINGLE house on campus 2. Get your GPA up to the 3.5+ range. 3. Continue your campus involvement and build up your leadership experience. You're going to need a rock-star college resume. 4. Reach out to all friends and acquaintances who are in sororities at A&M to let them know you're transferring and going to rush. Try to visit them before silence starts this summer so you can meet more in-house friends.
