The reality of the matter is Russia does not play fair with these weaponry as well as games. So much so we deceived the United States into signing an agreement to prevent use of weapons like Novichok and psychotronic and the US was dumb enough to believe us. But behind the scenes, there was major dedication and development on these technologies. Soviet Union fell in 91? Nah it was all a facade and trick. Russia is still the Soviet Union and has power over the Soviet Republics still. Always have been Soviet baby!!!
