This is so accurate. My daughter is rushing and she is OOS. Got cut after ice water and only got 5 invites. Sad but true. OOS stigma IS REAL. My daughter has UW 3.8 very involved in school activities, leadership roles, dances, does comm service projects. None of that matters if you are OOS.
