The number going through has no effect on cuts or quota. Quota is calculated as the number of PNMs attending at least one pref divided by the total sororities, plus or minus a few depending on not making quota or getting quota additions due to PNMs not being high enough on the bid lists of all the sororities they preffed as long as they ranked them all. If 1000 PNMs go to at least one pref party, then quota is 1000 divided by 12 If 5000 PNMs go to at least one pref party, then quota is 5000 divided by 12. Please don't spread false information.
