Kind of although I don’t think it’s called that? If they have space and especially if their national requires them to add members, they might do some limited outreach. If you don’t take a bid and you’re eligible for COB, you should just reach out to the houses you’re interested in and see what they say. Especially if you have a friend in the chapter. GL!!
