COB is only for sororities that don't make quota during recruitment or are below house Total. This will only be one or two of them and they won't have many open spots. Getting a bid this way is hard if you don't know members already. What COB is NOT is a second chance rush process. It is an individual sorority thing and not really coordinated by panhellenic. Go through formal, it's your best chance of getting a bid. It's not too late to register, they are reopening it for a 24 hour period at 10 AM this Monday until 10 AM on Tuesday.
