I don't know what you're talking about, but perhaps you don't realize that "panhellenic" is an adjective, mean all of the greek houses together. Yes, there is also a university office for panhellenic (all greek girls) concerns. I think they're called the OU Panhellenic Association. Your confusing comment indicates that you may be confusing these terms. Glad to help!
