Theta is known for smart girls. Kind of odd girls. Tri delt is a good house but has lost its popularity. Last few pledge classes aren’t very good and have had a lot of drama this year. Pi Phi has been known for having a bad sisterhood. Half the house has pretty girls and the other half is not. They like to party. It’s interesting bc the person above claims XO is a top house as well as GPhi and nothing could be further from the truth. Neither are top houses.
