Tri Delt, Theta, and Pi Phi are all great houses and are considered top houses. Theta girls are super sweet and involved, and Theta has the best academics of any house. They are often seen as a religious house and most Thetas don't party very much except for a couple different groups within the chapter. Tri Delt is also a very involved house with great sisterhood. They have great academics as well. Tri Delt is very mixed with the types of girls they recruit so there are many types of girls within the house. Most tri delts party but there are a lot that don't, and again there are a lot of religious girls in the house. Pi Phi generally recruits really pretty girls. They aren't as involved as the other two houses mentioned but they are still a great house with great girls. It's pretty mixed as far as the girls that party and the girls that don't. They also aren't known for having the best sisterhood, but this totally depends on who you talk to.
