the first year it's anywhere between 2k-4k a semester depending on the house. usually, exact amounts aren't released publicly and will only be told after you receive a bid. the cost goes up if you live in house your sophomore year, but the cost of dues + cost of living in a dorm is more than the cost of dues + living in the house.
