Read thru a few pages of this site - this question comes up often. 1. Register with Panhel office 2. Join clubs; get to know girls in houses. 3. Spring rush is not a mini version of Formal Recruitment. Not every house participates, and there aren't usually specific events that lots of girls attend. 4. Invitations to informal rush events are not usually sent to a big group of girls. They are extended to a small group who probably already have some connection to that particular group - i.e. sister, cousin, best friend of a current member. 5. You don't rank/select groups the way you would do during formal recruitment. The houses choose whether or not they will invite you to another event (if they have more than one) and if they will extend a bid. 6. There are usually less than 10 spots in any given house in the Spring, maybe only one or two. 7. A house may not do Spring recruitment if they only have a couple of spots; it depends almost entirely on what their national org's policy is about this. 8. Even if you register with Panhel and know there are houses with open spots they want to fill you may not be on the invitation list. See #4. 9. If you have your heart set on a "top" house (whatever that means to you) get over yourself. 10. Chapters at OU are strong and you can have a great experience in any house.
