Tbh, most of what pnms see (and think they know) about houses before and during recruitment is what OTHER PEOPLE have told them. When you're going through you're so tired and overstimulated that you are kind of reacting to each house in a preconceived way. One of my friends had a decent recruitment until all at once she just had one house left. She almost dropped out because she'd heard it was the "lowest" house at OU. She decided to stick with it and credits her experience with her sisters for her amazing experience in college. She said that no one knows how wonderful a house is until you've experienced being a part of it. I'd say start looking for the good in the two houses you have left. Choose one and then make the most of your experience. It's true that no one involved in greek life is judgey about the tier of your house. They're really all good just different and the "lowest" house has really good people, just like the "top" house. There are good and bad girls in each house and you just need to go into your experience and make friends with the girls that are like you. I promise you'll find them. Good luck and God bless you.
