This is kind of a stupid question because all the sororities have parties and they're all fun (by funnest I assume you mean most fun.) It's totally up to you whether you have fun - you need to go with a guy that's fun and make friends with girls in your house that are fun. It also depends on whether your idea of fun is getting black out drunk or just have a good time hanging out and dancing. Beware of anyone who tells you that XYZ sorority has better parties than ABC sorority. You have no idea what their standards are. The bottom line is that it doesn't matter. You need to go through recruitment and find girls that you love - the fun will follow. If you choose a house based on what other people on greekrank say, you'll likely be unhappy.
