I was surprised that I loved rush so much. I did not get a perfect rush. I got cut from my top house after the second round and one of the houses I went to for pref I hated. But.... I was surprised by how much I loved my third favorite house towards the end. I finally realized it was my perfect fit when I went to Skit night, not because it was entertaining-it was the conversations I had with my now sisters. PNMs, please keep an open mind. We want you to be happy. :) You won't be happy if you just sit there depressed after Philanthropy that you got cut from your number one house. It stinks to get cut, but realize that there are other options and things happen for a reason. I thought I was perfect for a house before they cut me. You don't know what house you want until you feel it. It's cliche but so true. I thought I wanted XYZ, but I fell in love with ABC and I'm so happy to be in it. I'm obsessed about my sorority!
