I'm not going to into specifics about myself in terms of recruitment. I really just want to hear how some of y'all feel about Greek life affecting your future. Do you really feel as though Greek life will benefit you in terms of your career? On a couple of other forums there were a few people who said its not really something that gets mentioned much after college. I want to go into politics and I realize that sororities give you the opportunity to make good connections and of course I've looked up the statistics of politicians who were Greek but my question is how much of a role did Greek life actually play in starting off that career? I'm a goal-oriented person and before I make a big decision (and I definitely consider this to be one) I always ask how will it affect my future. So I guess my overall question is do you feel as though Greek life is great just for the four years or do you see it as something that (especially for a politician) will huge benefit? Thanks for the responses!!
