It could go either way. One girl could have mentioned you and said that you seem pretty cool. Her sisters start to follow you and they start to talk about you. Not bad things. Maybe "OMG look at her hair, it's perfect." or "Wow she went to Italy this summer cool! Rush convo!" BUT. I can say this (because I am doing this myself), some girls hear bad things about PNMs and decide to follow them on social media out of curiosity.
