Will save you from first round grade cuts. I rushed with a 3.02 and my GPA never effected me, as far as I know. I got a bid to the house I dreamed of. But. If a house is looking at you and another girl and your resumes are very similar.. If she has a 3.5, you will be cut. But this doesn't happen often. If you have a good resume and good personality, you likely won't be cut due to a flat 3.0 because you are in the green zone.
