I reached out to a local alumnae group, and was so excited when they messaged me back saying they'd be happy to help me. Well, I sent them everything they needed and then all of the sudden they stop contacting me. I have never met them, and im terrified she wrote me a bad recommendation. I am literally losing sleep over it. I already have little to no connections during rush, so a bad rec and I am screwed. Has this ever happened to anyone? and is there anyway I can find out if she has sent in a rec for me?
