Every sorority is different. Some of us worry about being fined for dirty rushing more than others. In MY sorority (I don't have a clue about the others) we are no longer allowed to reach out to pnm's that we don't already personally know. We might friend request you if we have mutual friends, but won't message you for fear of fines. In my sorority, we are allowed to hang out with you if we already know you, or if a mutual friend introduces us. But other than that, as of May, we will no longer initiate contact.
