Sisterhood is not knowing everyone, but having the comfort that whenever you're at the house just a few days after bid day, you'll have someone to sit and talk with you. Sisterhood developes. You don't just get sisterhood on Bid Day. you get the opportunity to have one. It's a developing process but with Theta Encore, Pledge Retreat, etc. you'll have plenty of opportunities to get to know and bond with your pledge class.
