You obviously don't know how quota additions work. Not this year with everything being so new! There were no special agreements this year. Or ever for that matter. When you only pref 150 girls, 131 new members is amazing. You need to learn how release numbers work! Ddd had 100% return rates throughout recruitment. It wasn't until after pref that they lost a total of 19 girl to other houses.
