you don't know how recruitment and quota additions work obviously ddd had such a small pledge class bc they weren't ranked as high by pnms the fact that they took 1 quota additions means they didn't opt out of quota additions and if you don't opt out you get what you get based on what pnms want so no ddd wasn't as popular as other houses this year
