Please do not let your niece believe the ranks! Every sorority on campus has something for someone. NOBODY cares about ranks and they really do not mean anything. The sorority you think you want, probably isn't the one that is your best fit. Go to where you feel welcome! Granted, is there certain ones that are heavy on in-state/southern= yes but that doesn't make them any better than another that considers OOS girls valuable. ALL are great groups of girls, they socialize with each other, and she will find her place.
